I am trained in multiple styles and modalities of bodywork including Swedish, Deep Tissue, Sports, Hot Stone, Himalayan Salt Stone, Chair, Prenatal, and Craniosacral Therapy.  My style of massage blends many of these elements together to promote therapeutic relaxation: the easing of muscle aches and pains while relaxing the mind and de-stressing the soul.

Each session (where medically appropriate) I offer hot towels, heated massage table and aromatherapy as well as a wide variety of bolsters to ensure maximum comfort.  I offer 30, 60, 90 and 120 minute massage sessions.

Refreshing and exfoliating shea sugar scrub massaged into your hands or feet to moisturize and nourish the skin.

Hot & Cold Treatment: $10

Great for deeper work or stubborn knots, add warming massage oil and cooling massage gel to your session. As I find those tough to release areas of knots or tension I will apply a warming oil to loosen the tissue, and after massaging the area, a cooling gel to ease away any lingering pain.

 

Essence Aromatherapy​: $5

"Essence" line of essential oils created specifically for Massage for the Soul by BiolumenEssence.  These blends are created to help achieve specific goals during our session.

Heated basalt stones melt away muscle tension and hard to reach knots. Wonderful for a cold day or when your extra sore and need a little extra care for your muscles.
